United States Orders All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including apparel and digital downloads.
Before purchasing, please:
- Review sizing charts carefully to ensure you select the correct size. Sizing information is available on each product page.
- Check color charts — colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
- Verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Digital Downloads All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the file has been delivered.
EU & EEA Customers If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads that have already been accessed or downloaded.
