By purchasing from Western Fringe Co., you agree to the following terms:
General Terms
- It is the customer's responsibility to review sizing charts and color charts before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect size or color selections.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Western Fringe Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
- Western Fringe Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
US Customers All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on apparel or digital download products.
EU & EEA Customers If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following terms apply in addition to the above:
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
- The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded, as permitted under EU law.
- In the event of a dispute, EU customers may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection law.
